Reach does ongoing graphic design - print and digital ads, brochures, rack cards, social templates and event collateral, produced against brand guidelines you already have. $225 an hour. If you don't have guidelines yet, that's branding and it's a different conversation, but we'd love to help you with that too!

No brand dive. No forty-page questionnaire. Straight into the work.

Why Ongoing Graphic Design Matters

Most design work doesn't need a brand dive. It needs someone who already knows your colors, your fonts, the tone of your headlines, who your ideal customer is and the fact that your busiest month is March.

When we design for a client we already work with, there's no brand dive to sit through and no forty-page questionnaire, just a quick refamiliarization, a look at the current guidelines and straight into the work.

We also try to book design timelines in advance rather than reacting last minute to a campaign we already know is coming.

What Is Graphic Design?

Graphic design is the production work that turns a brand into actual things - ads, brochures, rack cards, signage, social templates and the flyer somebody needs by Thursday.

It gets confused with branding and the difference is worth being precise about. Brand strategy decides what a business should look like and why. Graphic design applies that decision, over and over, for as long as the business keeps needing things made. One is a project with an end. The other never really finishes.

What actually lands in our queue most weeks: print and digital advertising, rack cards and brochures, event and venue signage, social templates, and the occasional emergency flyer.

Downtown Kissimmee since 2014

Graphic Design in Kissimmee and Orlando

We're in downtown Kissimmee, which matters more for design work than you'd expect - not for the design itself, but for everything physical around it.

A rack card has to fit the display it's going into. Event signage has to survive a Florida afternoon outdoors. A banner for a venue has to work in a space somebody has actually stood in. Being half an hour from most of Orange and Osceola County means we can go and look instead of guessing from a spec sheet.

Most of our design runs alongside brand strategy, video production and paid ads for the same clients: attractions, events, public agencies/municipalities and non-profits pacross Central Florida.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does graphic design cost?

$225 an hour, billed against the work you ask for. Small pieces are a few hours. Anything larger gets scoped and quoted before we start, so the number arrives before the invoice does.

What if we don't have brand guidelines?

Then maybe this isn't the right service yet. We recommend starting with brand strategy instead and if you have a logo and nothing else, let us know because we can handle the rest.

Do we get the working files?

Yes. You can receive files with the fonts and images packaged when it makes sense. If your team is going to keep producing after we stop, we can build Canva templates too, so a flyer doesn't need an agency rate, if you are interested in that.

Can you design the ads as well as the artwork?

Yes. If we're running them as well, it's usually simpler to handle through media buying, where the creative and the placement get billed as one piece of work rather than two.

How is this different from branding?

Brand strategy decides what things should look like and why. Graphic design makes them, over and over, against that decision. Most businesses need the first once and the second forever and both sit with the same creative team.

We've been making this kind of work for Central Florida businesses since 2014. Take a look at our client list and awards, and if you're deciding between an agency and a internal design hire, here's a side-by-side comparison too.
