Reach runs paid advertising on Meta, Google, YouTube and TikTok and buys traditional media like television, radio, print and out-of-home through vendor relationships we've held for years. Digital campaigns start at $2,000. Traditional media buying is charged at 20% of your media budget, so the fee moves with the buy instead of sitting on top of it.

Ask Your Rep These Questions

Not access to inventory, which anyone can buy, but the willingness to tell a vendor “no.”

A media rep called you. They had a package. It was expiring Friday, it was a great rate, and the last business who took it did really well. None of those are reasons to buy media. We wrote a whole post about this, including eight questions to ask a rep before you sign anything.

Paid Social Advertising on Meta and TikTok

Someone scrolling Instagram hasn't told you what they're after. They're being interrupted, so the first second of the creative decides whether the offer gets watched or read at all.

Paid social sits alongside organic, not instead of it. Social media management keeps the account credible for the people who look you up after they've seen an ad.

Traditional Media Buying

Digital dominates the conversation, but it doesn't dominate with every audience.

For a Central Florida attraction fighting on a holiday weekend the reach that matters is on television, on the radio in the car, in the paper the locals still read and on the road tourists actually drive in on. We firmly believe traditional media amplifies a brand message in a way digital alone doesn't.

of your media budget. That's our fee.

That means we make more when you spend more, which is worth being upfront about and it also means we're not charging you a flat retainer to place a buy that got smaller. Long-standing relationships with these vendors are what let us negotiate rates you wouldn't get calling cold.

Media Buying in Kissimmee and Orlando

Orlando is an unusual media market. Half your audience lives here and half is visiting for four days, which means the same campaign has to work on a local who has seen your billboard four hundred times and a family who has never heard of you and is deciding at breakfast.

We're based in Kissimmee, we buy in this market every year and we know which Orlando vendors deliver against their rates and which ones need a conversation.

What Is Media Buying?

Media buying is negotiating and purchasing the ad space itself - the airtime, the billboard, the print page, the digital inventory - as distinct from deciding what should run there.

Media planning decides where a message should appear and why. Media buying is the part where somebody calls the station, argues about the rate and holds the vendor to what was promised. Most agencies do both and we do. The distinction matters when you're comparing quotes, because a media plan with no buying attached leaves you making those calls yourself.

What does a media buyer do?

A media buyer negotiates the rate, places the buy, then checks that the spots actually ran when and where they were sold and chases down media sellers when they didn't. That last part is most of the job and none of the pitch.

If you're buying media as part of something broader, it usually sits inside digital marketing alongside social and creative rather than standing on its own.

The money has moved decisively one way: US internet advertising revenue reached nearly $300 billion in 2025, up 13.9% year over year, according to the IAB and PwC internet advertising revenue report. Which is part of why the traditional side still works for some of our clients, that inventory is less contested than it was and the audience for a radio spot on a holiday weekend hasn't gone anywhere.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a media buying agency do?

A media buying agency plans where your advertising money goes, negotiates the rates, places the buys and reports on what happened. The useful ones also tell you when a placement isn't worth it, which is the part that saves you the most money.

How much does media buying cost?

Our fee is 20% of your media budget for traditional buying. Digital paid ads start at $2,000 for a single campaign, $3,500 a month for one platform managed ongoing or $7,000 a month across three platforms.

Do you do both digital and traditional?

Yes and that's unusual. Most agencies do one. Running both against a single plan is how you stop a radio campaign and a Meta ad campaign saying different things in the same week.

Which ad platforms do you buy on?

Meta, which covers Facebook and Instagram, Google including YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Do you make the ads as well?

Yes. Graphics and video editing are included on every paid ads tier and for bigger productions our content studio shoots the footage.
