Each current team member at Reach received $1,000, with $500 as a token of appreciation for their personal contributions to the company's innovative strategies and impact, and an additional $500 to donate as unrestricted funds to a charity of their choice that has personally impacted them. This gesture underscores Reach's tagline, "Make Real Impact," celebrating both the individual achievements of its team and their broader influence on the community.
