What a Website Build Costs

Websites start at $10,000 and run to $30,000. All three are built in Webflow, designed from research rather than a template, and handed over editable by your own team.

What moves a build between those numbers is scope, not quality: how many pages, how much of the design is custom versus systematised, how much needs to be editable in a CMS, and what has to connect to something else — a booking system, a CRM, a ticketing platform.

Focused
$10,000

A focused site with a clear job to do.

Integrated
$30,000

Larger builds with integrations and bespoke functionality.

At cost

Hosting and accessibility are separate and priced at cost: Webflow hosting runs $400–$1,800 a year depending on traffic and CMS needs, and AccessiBe is $490 a year if you need it.

A Website Doesn't Bring You Customers on Its Own

A beautiful site nobody can find is an expensive brochure.

It converts the ones who already found you. Which means the site and the getting-found are one job, not two separate projects.

So we build with the search work in view from the first sitemap. None of that is extra. It's the difference between launching a site and launching a site that works.

01
Every page gets one question to answer
02
The answer sits near the top, where a person and a model can both find it.
03
The internal links say which pages matter.

If the site is the whole project, that's this page. If you also want somebody working the rankings and the AI answers month to month, that's SEO and generative engine optimization, and it's a separate retainer.

How a Website Gets Built

1

Brand Dive

Before anything gets drawn we work out who the site is for, what they need to believe, and what your business actually looks like from the inside. It comes out of our RADIATE method, and it's the same research that drives brand strategy.

Sitemap

Every page, what question it answers, and how someone gets to it. Agreed before a pixel moves, because moving a page later is cheap and moving it after launch isn't.

Mockups

Design directions for the key templates rather than every page. You react, we refine.

Build, with Two Rounds of Revisions

Built in Webflow, responsive at every breakpoint, tested on real phones rather than a browser window dragged narrow.

Timelines depend on how fast content and approvals come back — that is the variable, not the build. That contractor site went live in 12 weeks and organic search became its top traffic source.

Why Webflow Changes the Math

We build in Webflow, and it's a deliberate choice rather than a preference.

A maintenance hour on webflow

Actual changes to your actual site

  • No plugins to update
  • No server to keep patched
  • The hours you pay for go on the site

Your team can edit the thing.

Text, images, blog posts, new team members — without a developer, without a ticket and without waiting for us. We train you on it at handover. If you'd rather hand that back to us, website maintenance starts at $1,950 a month, but it should be a choice rather than a dependency.

What Is Web Design?

Web design is the work of deciding what a website needs to do and then building it – the structure, the pages, the words, the visual design and the code underneath.

People often mean one of two different things by it. Some mean the visual layer: how it looks, the colors, the layout. Others mean the whole build, including the strategy about what goes where and the development that makes it work. We mean the second, because the first on its own produces sites that photograph well and convert badly.

Downtown Kissimmee since 2014

Web Design in Kissimmee and Orlando

A website needs photography, and photography needs somebody to turn up. Half the sites we build get shot by us — the venue, the floor, the crew, the actual people — rather than filled with stock images of a business that isn't yours. Being half an hour from most of Orange and Osceola counties is what makes that practical rather than a line item.

Most of what we build is for attractions, events, public agencies, contractors and school districts across the region. If your site also needs video or ongoing graphic design, that comes from the same team rather than a subcontractor who has to be briefed from scratch.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a website cost?

From $10,000 to $30,000 depending on scope. Hosting and accessibility tooling sit outside that and are passed through at cost — Webflow hosting is $400–1,800 a year, AccessiBe is $490 a year.

How long does a website take to build?

The honest answer is that it depends far more on how quickly content and approvals come back than on the build itself. One $10,000 site went from kickoff to live in 12 weeks.

Do we own the site, and can we edit it ourselves?

Yes, you own the site and can edit it yourselves.

What platforms do you build on?

We build in Webflow. If you're already on WordPress and want to stay, ongoing maintenance is something we do — but for a new build, Webflow is the recommendation and the reasoning is above.

Does the site come optimized for search?

The structure does — sitemap, page-level targeting, clean markup, speed. Ongoing ranking and AI-answer work is a separate retainer, SEO and generative engine optimization, because it's a monthly discipline rather than a launch task.

What if we just need the existing site fixed?

Then you don't need this page. Website maintenance starts at $1,950 a month and covers updates, fixes, accessibility and performance on the site you already have.
